End-User License Agreement (EULA) – Rexaris ELD Driver App

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”, “you”) and Rexaris ELD (“Rexaris”, “we”, “us”) and governs your use of the Rexaris ELD mobile application (“App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Rexaris grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a compatible mobile device solely for your use as a driver or authorized user in connection with a motor carrier or fleet that uses Rexaris ELD.

2. Restrictions

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful or unsafe purpose

3. Safety & Compliance

You are responsible for using the App in a safe manner and in compliance with applicable regulations.

4. Data Collection

The App collects driver and vehicle data required to perform ELD functions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Updates

Rexaris may provide updates or new versions of the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

6. Termination

Rexaris may terminate this license if you fail to comply with this Agreement or if your carrier’s contract ends.

7. Third-Party App Stores

• The App Store/Google Play is not a party to this Agreement.
• They have no responsibility for maintenance or support.
• They are not liable for any claims related to the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not sell or license data to third parties.

3. Text Messaging

Providing a mobile number constitutes consent for SMS for service-related communication.

• FMCSA or law enforcement

7. Driver Rights
